Company Overview

Broadcast ONE has its origins firmly in RF communications with Darren Kirsop-Frearson - Managing Director/Principal - and the company's’ senior management team being highly experienced in the RF arena. In Australia, the company heritage dates back to the early 1990’s from (then) respected organisations including Comsyst and Broadcast Services Australia (bsa).

In April 2003, The Bridge Networks (TBN) was formed as a manufacturers representative and a systems integration company with Darren Kirsop-Frearson as Managing Director. TBN built many hundred transmission facilities for digital television, analogue and digital radio, satellite earth stations and satellite hubs for commercial and defence use. TBN achieved ISO9001 accreditation and established subsidiaries in New Zealand and the UK.

In early 2010, an agreement was reached with Broadcast Australia, the owners of TBN, for Darren Kirsop-Frearson to acquire the product sales, manufacturers representation and customer servicing facets of TBN. Broadcast ONE remains a privately owned company.

Broadcast ONE commenced operations on 1st March 2010 whilst TBN ceased operations on 31st August 2010.

Broadcast ONE has quickly grown to be the premier RF supply and integration company in the Asia-Pacific region and has enjoyed recent major successes in Australia, Vietnam and The Philippines.
